Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

⚠️ IMPORTANT LIABILITY NOTICE
BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT CLASSY DETAILING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE EXCEPT IN CASES OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE. PLEASE READ SECTION 7 (LIMITATION OF LIABILITY) CAREFULLY.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Classy Detailing ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a sole proprietorship operating in Greater Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.
By accessing our website (www.classydetailing.ca) or using our auto detailing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Classy Detailing provides professional automotive detailing services including but not limited to:
- Interior cleaning and detailing
- Exterior washing and detailing
- Paint correction and protection
- Ceramic coating application
- Upholstery cleaning and protection
- Engine bay detailing
- Headlight restoration
- Additional services as offered
All services are performed at our location at 1648 Melanson Rd, Greater Lakeburn, NB E1H 2B8.
3. Service Agreements and Pricing
3.1 Quotes and Estimates
- All quotes are estimates based on the information provided
- Final pricing may vary based on actual vehicle condition
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued
- Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or other conditions not disclosed at time of quote
3.2 Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable HST (15%)
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept cash and Interac e-Transfer to payments@classydetailing.ca
- NSF payments will incur a $50 administration fee
3.3 Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer
- Service times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition
4. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before service
- Disclose any known issues, damage, or special requirements
- Ensure your vehicle is in safe operating condition
- Provide accurate contact information
- Pick up your vehicle promptly after service completion
- Inspect your vehicle before leaving our premises
- Report any concerns immediately
Note: We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. Any items found will be held for 30 days before disposal.
5. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- Your vehicle may have pre-existing damage, wear, or defects
- Detailing services may reveal hidden damage or issues
- Some stains, odors, or damage may be permanent and cannot be removed
- Older vehicles may have fragile components that could fail during normal cleaning
- We will document visible pre-existing damage before service begins
6. Service Warranties and Guarantees
6.1 Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us immediately before leaving our premises so we can address your concerns.
6.2 Ceramic Coating Warranty
- 1-Year Ceramic Coating: Warranty valid for 12 months from application date
- 2-Year Ceramic Coating: Warranty valid for 24 months from application date
- Warranty requires proper maintenance as specified in care instructions
- Warranty covers coating failure only, not damage from external factors
6.3 No Other Warranties
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
7.1 Damage Waiver
BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT:
- CLASSY DETAILING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Pre-existing damage that becomes apparent during cleaning
- Failure of aged or worn components (trim, badges, moldings, etc.)
- Paint defects or clear coat failure
- Interior component malfunction
- Electronic system issues
- Window tint peeling or bubbling
- Fabric or leather damage due to age or wear
- OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE OF YOUR VEHICLE
7.2 Exceptions
This limitation of liability does not apply to damage caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Any claims must be reported immediately before leaving our premises.
7.3 Insurance
We maintain general liability insurance. However, certain types of damage may not be covered. You are encouraged to maintain comprehensive insurance on your vehicle.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Classy Detailing, its owner, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your use of our services
- Any damage to property or injury to persons caused by your vehicle
- Your violation of any law or rights of a third party
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Informal Resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Please contact us immediately with any concerns so we can work together to find a solution.
9.2 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
9.3 Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New Brunswick, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Classy Detailing and is protected by Canadian copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.
We may photograph vehicles for portfolio purposes. By using our services, you grant us permission to use such photos for marketing unless you opt out in writing.
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Classy Detailing regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
