Why do you need photos for a quote?
Every vehicle is unique. A 2-year-old car driven by a single professional needs different care than a 5-year-old family SUV. Photos help us give you an accurate price - not an inflated "worst case" estimate.
Do prices include tax?
No, all displayed prices are before tax. HST (15%) will be added to your final invoice. For example, our $99 Express Interior Refresh would be $113.85 with tax.
What if my vehicle needs more work than expected?
We'll contact you before doing any work beyond the approved quote. No surprises, ever. If we discover additional issues (like hidden pet hair under seats), we'll get your approval first.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not. The only additional charges are HST (15%) and clearly listed add-ons like pet hair removal ($29 + HST) or vehicle size adjustments. Everything is transparent.
